Introduction:

We are looking for a Python Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining Python-based applications. You will work closely with the development team to resolve issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver timely solutions. Note: This is a support role, not a development position.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer (Python Support), you will:

• Provide application support for Python-based tools and scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
• Monitor application performance and identify recurring problems.
• Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Document solutions, processes, and technical findings.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python (mandatory skill).
• Graduates from 2023 or 2024 batches.
• Stream of study: Computer Science & IT.
• Minimum 60% and above across all academics (10th, 12th, UG, and PG if applicable).
• 6 months to 2 years of industry experience (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with troubleshooting Python applications and SLAs.
• Basic knowledge of IT services and consulting practices.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
• Experience in monitoring application performance.
